Envisioned and designed compelling user experience solutions for web and mobile products. Collaborated directly with product managers, visual designers, user researchers, and development engineers to develop mobile payment solutions.

Responsible for creating the user experience for a new category of next generation products, ensuring that the designs are simple, intuitive and support the company's business objectives and brand. Work closely with software engineering, marketing, product management and development teams to create a world-class user experience.

Supplied creative design and production for a variety of products while balancing marketing goals with compelling usability and design. Work included; evaluating, creating, and optimizing marketing creative for customer-facing products. These products include; banner ads, landing pages, promotional & seasonal emails (HTML), and print collateral. Other roles included assisting the development and maintenance of corporate processes, product brands, style guides, other sales tools, and corporate identity pieces.
A few notable achievements include:
- Designing the best performing landing page (of the companies 2 year) history (still current control)
- Increased conversion rates of +25% and +36% be redesigning (incentive) banner ads
This was achieved by handling the development of projects from initial concept to completion. Both by defining the target audience and strategy for assignments as well as working from provided creative briefs.
Design lead for next generation iTV and VOD products and applications. Responsible for the look–and–feel, information flow, and visual design. Created a premium user experience for partners and clients. Working directly with Executives, Engineering, Marketing, and QA to iterate design concepts and produce final asset deliverables through implementation as well as plan for future application integration. Collaborating with team members to produce design specifications, story–boards/wire–frames, scenarios, and design prototypes. Work with engineers to test new design and interface ideas while understanding the hardware and device limitations.
Clients include:
Created, directed, and executed visual design for Liberate's software platform, products and feature sets across their entire suite of iTV applications. Collaborated with User Interface Design team to refine the interactive experience by utilizing user centered design principles, analytical, and conceptual design processes. Worked independently as well as with a variety of cross–functional groups. Designs were driven to integrate smoothly within existing set top box technology while ensuring a simple and intuitive user experience (via remote control). Directly responsible for evolution of the visual design from early, rudimentary design to a contemporary design more appropriate for iTV/consumer market.
Projects included; Art directed Liberate's complete iTV platform, product, and application redesign from initial concept through entire life cycle to successful launch. Designed a multitude of new products, applications, EPG's, and entertainment/media portals. Customized designs and interface for deployment and delivery to international markets.
Designer responsible for design and production of logos, packaging, print, and illustration.
